A concierge is your own personal assistant who offers a range of professional services by combining lifestyle management consultants, errand service providers and event organizers. We have expanded the hotel concierge role into the public and corporate sector, allowing you to achieve a better work-life balance.

work?
Great Question! All clients receive personal care with each and every
request. Whenever a client needs help with any task, a quick
email or phone call to
302.252.1402 is all that is needed. If you are a member, or if you have
worked with is us the past- we should have all the information we need on
file. You will receive a confirm email or phone call with all the
details we have worked out for you.
-I already have a personal assistant- why do I need
WBTC?
We actually have several personal assistants that use our services to aid them with their own client affairs. Personal assistants are very helpful, but often do not have the worldwide connections that WBTC can provide, and they cannot be everywhere at one time. We are also able to negotiate a better price for your purchases.
-What are the benefits of using We'll Be There Concierge?

-How do I know how many hours I have used? What were my hours
were used on?
A member can pre-purchase or be billed hours as they are used. Each member is
sent a detailed report as each task is completed and a list can be compiled on
request of a client to show the details of all requests.
-I have a request, but I don't see it on your list of services, can you
help me with it?
Of Course! We love a challenge, so whatever we can do to help you, let us have a
swing at it. We pride ourselves on making the impossible, possible. No request
is too big or too small. If we can not do something personally, we now who can!
